Boston Collaborative Center, as well as being involved with his wife Nicole in many other local charities.

Development Division
The Cronin Group has been developing commercial and residential properties in Boston for over 20 years. Primarily in the South Boston market, the group has completed over $100MM of residential, commercial and
retail development since its inception.
Projects have ranged from single-family rehabilitations to multi-family condominium and apartment developments as well as multiple restaurant and retail spaces in the Boston
neighborhoods.
Cronin Group currently has over $300MM worth of residential projects in the design or construction phase in Boston.
